1. 2-3 Years of experience.
2. Should have experience in PHP custom theme-development.

The role will include:

1. Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs
2. Understand front-end technologies, including JavaScript /jQuery/CSS3/HTML5.
3. Develop database design and troubleshooting (MySQL).
4. Should have extensive knowledge of WordPress with at least 3 years of experience and should be able to code custom plugins and widgets.
5. Expert performance in WordPress plugin development, Developing Widgets, and theme customization.

2. Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
3. UX designers must have a solid understanding of mobile apps and web technologies.
4. Hands-on with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, UXPin or Adobe XD.
5. Creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.
6. A good grasp of design programs and tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory.
7. Strong interpersonal, documentation and communication skills.
8. Must be a team player to interact frequently with UI designers, developers and clients.
